• Take the highway west to Waimea.
• Make a right just past the West Kauai Technology Center and follow the signage for KVMH.
• Follow the road through one stop sign and continue straight into the parking lot.
• KOSM is located upstairs. Take the lobby stairs to the second floor and turn right.
